Dr Jess Wade Sexologist Pleasure Embodied Sexual Therapy

Hi, I’m Dr Jess Wade

I’m a medical doctor, somatic sexologist, and the founder of Embodied Sexual Therapy.

I blend science-backed psychosexual therapy and somatic therapy to help women reclaim their pleasure, confidence, and connection to self.

My approach is trauma-informed, body-based, and deeply rooted in the belief that pleasure is medicine.

Whether you're healing, exploring, or simply longing to feel more alive in your body—you're safe here.

I’d be honoured to walk alongside you.

Why see a Sex Therapist?

Understanding your body and your experiences is a powerful first step toward creating change — and that's exactly what sex therapy offers.

Many people see a Sex therapist with concerns like low libido, painful sex, or difficulty reaching orgasm, unsure if what they’re going through is “normal.” These issues are more common than you might think — and you’re not alone.
