Each session is 60 minutes delivered over zoom or in person. However, the frequency and duration of therapy will depend on your personal needs and goals. I generally say 3-6 sessions per concern and we will review and negotiate further sessions and goals as needed. Sometimes one session is enough to have a deep transformation also.

The therapy sessions are private and not covered by Medicare.

I work as part of your overall healthcare team and am more than happy to collaborate with your doctor, psychologist, pelvic floor physiotherapist, or any other healthcare providers you may be seeing to support your overall well-being.
