Let me guide you back to the profound connection between your body, your pleasure, and your innate sexual power.

Welcome to my
corner of the world.

I am Dr. Jessica Wade—sexologist, psychosexual therapist, somatic practitioner, and founder of Embodied Sexual Therapy™.

With a background in medicine and a deep passion for somatic therapy, my approach is a blend of science and therapeutic techniques that empower you to rediscover the fullness of your sensuality. As a non-practicing medical doctor, I bring a unique, trauma-informed perspective to sexual health, combining the latest clinical knowledge with therapeutic practices rooted in embodiment and emotional healing.

I believe that
pleasure is medicine.

It is sacred, transformative, and healing.

Yet, so often, we disconnect from this natural power due to trauma, shame, or simply a lack of connection with our bodies. My mission is to help you reclaim your pleasure and experience the fullness of your sexual well-being—whether you are addressing intimacy issues, navigating challenges in your relationship, or seeking to overcome sexual difficulties.

Through psychosexual therapy, I offer a compassionate space where you can safely explore your sexuality, address sexual concerns such as low libido, painful intercourse, mismatched desires, or emotional blockages that hinder intimacy.

My approach rooted in both scientific understanding and body-centered therapy, helping you reconnect with your desires, heal past wounds, and awaken to a more vibrant, confident sense of self.

A Non-Touch, Somatic Therapeutic Approach

I offer a non-touch, talk-based therapeutic approach that integrates somatic techniques to deepen your connection with your body, mind, and sexuality. This means that while we won’t engage in physical touch, we will work together through conversation, embodied practices, and emotional exploration to unlock your sexual and intimate potential.

The focus is on healing through the body-mind connection, where we explore your thoughts, emotions, and physical sensations. Using somatic techniques, we will bring awareness to how your body holds and expresses emotions, desires, and traumas. This process helps you develop a greater understanding of your physical and emotional responses, allowing you to heal from past wounds, reconnect with your desires, and enhance your intimacy.

Whether you are struggling with sexual concerns like low libido, painful intercourse, mismatched libidos, or intimacy challenges, my approach is designed to support you in navigating these issues safely, holistically, and with profound sensitivity.

Together, we’ll work to create a space of deep trust, allowing your body’s wisdom to guide the way toward healing, growth, and pleasure.

Embodied Sexual Therapy is for individuals and couples looking to address a wide range of sexual concerns or anyone desiring to reconnect with their sexual health, improve intimacy, and enhance their overall wellbeing.
